Kids 4 Kids Club

This is one of the best ways you, as a parent, can live your life as an example of Christ, and exemplify this verse:

Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6

That’s where the Kids 4 Kids Club comes in! Our goal is to have one missions-focused event every quarter for the children of Ragan’s HOPE volunteers, benefiting our vision to help families being supported by Ragan’s HOPE to help them endure and embrace the future.

One of the great benefits of serving as a Ragan’s HOPE Volunteer, is being able to have your children serve right along side you!

We will also have a link on our Activities Page where you can download an activity for you and your child(ren) to do at home, like making a card for a child in the hospital, coloring a picture while learning about the story it represents, word puzzles, games, and more!

If you are a Ragan’s HOPE volunteer, and would like your children to participate in the Kids 4 Kids Club, please email Stacy Penland, and let her know your children’s names, and ages.

What to expect when you participate in the Kids 4 Kids Club:

You, the parent, will be emailed on a regular basis with a list of children and families who Ragan’s HOPE is currently supporting. You can choose one or more from the list. Talk to your children and explain in age-appropriate terms what the situation is for the family/child you have chosen, and spend a few minutes in prayer together regarding their situation.

Then, write out a card together for that family and child, so they can feel encouraged and know they are being thought about and prayed for.

Once you have finished your activity with your family, for the Ragan’s HOPE Family being supported, simply email Stacy to let her know who you chose, and what you have done for them, so she can ensure everyone on the list for that week have been taken care of!

You will also be notified of the quarterly events for the Kids 4 Kids Club, so you can get your family even more involved in giving back.
